The beautiful part of this high-end luxury dreamy vacation home is that I actually get to live in it with my family for 44 weeks of the year. My mortgage is a very affordable €829 a month. Now the money that I consistently make in the 8-week luxury short term holiday rental market is upwards of €6,500 to €7,500 a week; this means that by following my profit path and renting out my house for 8 weeks of the year I am able to live mortgage-free, utility bill-free and still create a substantial profit.

I am going to explain this to you further so that you can see clearly that by following my profit path you too can realise the potential out here in Portugal. If I take all my bills covering it for the whole of the year and I’m talking using my air-con all the time, having the heating on, using the pool pump way too often, I’m looking at maximum of €18,000 a year in bills including the mortgage and I generate, through my profit path, a minimum of €52,000 for renting out my villa.

So what do I do during the eight weeks when I’m not in my house? I take my gorgeous family and we travel the world.
